All of our instructors are STOTT Pilates trained and bring a wealth of passion, expertise and experience, along with a genuine commitment to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Pav

Pav is STOTT Pilates trained in Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair and Barrels. Her classes combine strength, mobility and flexibility with fun, challenging workouts suitable for all levels. Pav creates a welcoming, supportive environment where you can feel confident, move well, and leave each session stronger in body and mind.

Founder

Anna

Anna is a STOTT certified instructor, trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair and Barrels as well as Dynamic reformer fitness and Barre. She is also trained to work with those recovering from injuries and special populations, including pre/postnatal, and osteoporosis. Her classes focus on safe and effective movement ensuring clients work according to their level and ability. Anna believes that exercise should be about quality of life not just aesthetics.

Jade

Pilates Intructor

Jade’s a STOTT and Dynamic trained Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping individuals enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Jade’s teaching style is a mix of contemporary and classical, with a focus on the Biomechanical Pilates principles. She believes Pilates is for everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or experience and strive to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment in every class.

JoJo

Pilates Intructor

Jojo is STOTT trained Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Mat instructor. Jojo's classes offer a wonderful blend of intentional movement and challenge. Jojo found her love for Pilates whilst recovering from a back injury and what started as rehab turned into her passion.

Claudia

Pilates Instructor 

Claudia is a STOTT Pilates certified instructor and works within fitness and creative industries as a Movement Practitioner, Coach, Director and Performer. She also trains and coaches in discipline of Assisted Stretch Therapy, Interval Running, Cycling and Barre. Claudia’s movement practise is particularly interested in injury rehabilitation, and training for performance in both Sport and the Arts.
